Our beautiful lake home is located near the resort at Prudens Point, in a pretty little residential area, one street from the water, on the west side of Tobin Lake in Saskatchewan. This is approximately 40 km northeast of the town of Nipawin.

Our lake house is a two storey with a very unique and amazingly practical floor plan. Thereâs lots of storage space and with the large tile entryway itâs easy to keep the floors clean. The view from all the second floor windows is beautiful winter and summer. The balcony is great for BBQing and â˜watchingâ the neighborhood! We havenât done much landscaping â weâve put in a driveway and a boat/RV parking area and left the rest of the yard with beautiful birch trees and privacy bushes.

The lake is awesome for boating and fishing both summer and winter. You can get on the boat and not come back for days â thatâs how big it is. The kids caught a 36â Jack the first time out!

We lived in this lovely home for one year, winter and summer and it was truly a pleasure. The roads are promptly plowed out in the winter, the seasons are joy and the neighbors are great. Thereâs a school in Whitefox, only 20 minutes away. You can enjoy the camaraderie of several year round residents or enjoy the seclusion of living in semi wilderness â your choice.
